What will you be working on
  • Set and achieve the OKRs for customer success and support
  • Recruit, train and manage customer success managers, onboarding specialists, and customer support representatives
  • Step in to resolve any issues that a CSM or customer support rep faces with any of their customers.
  • Also play the role of a CSM with a small portfolio themselves.
  • Working closely with the product manager in building the road-map. 
 
Whom are we looking for
  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with US clients. SaaS experience is a benefit.
  • Experience in Product Onboarding, Customer Success and Customer Support.
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adopt technical products.
  • Work during US hours - 4 PM to 2:30 AM IST (approx)
